Gambling is entertainment — and at 666xp, we take that seriously. This page explains the tools, policies and support resources in place to help every user on our platform play within their means, stay in control and recognise when it is time to take a break.
Strictly adults-only platform. 666xp requires all users to be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or license jurisdiction. Age verification is enforced. Playing is a choice — and it should always remain one you can step away from.
At 666xp, responsible gambling is not something we tick off a compliance checklist. It shapes how the platform is designed, how we interact with users, and the tools we build into every Account as standard features. Our honest position is this: if gambling stops being entertainment and starts causing stress, financial harm or personal difficulty, it is time to use the tools available — or stop entirely.
Whether you are in Karachi watching a live PSL T20 match and placing a small bet for added engagement, or exploring the live casino tables late at night in Lahore — the same principle applies. Set limits you are comfortable with before you start, track your spending honestly and treat every session as a form of entertainment with a defined budget, not a way to chase losses or generate income.
We understand that for some users, gambling can become problematic. Problem gambling does not reflect a character flaw — it is a recognised condition that can affect anyone. 666xp provides practical tools and access to support information so that users can manage their play proactively, not reactively.
Daily, weekly and monthly PKR caps
Set maximum play duration per session
Cap total losses over a set period
Temporary or permanent account block
Short pause from all betting activity
Periodic session time and spend reminders
Every 666xp Account includes the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings. You do not need to contact support to activate most of these — they are built in by design.
Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit into your 666xp Account over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your chosen limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. You can lower your limit at any time; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before it takes effect.
Cap the total amount you can lose across all betting and casino activity within a set time window. Loss limits are an effective way to ensure that a bad run does not result in spending beyond what you planned. As with deposit limits, reductions apply immediately while increases require a waiting period.
Set a maximum stake allowed per individual bet or spin across both sports betting and casino games. Wager limits give you granular control over how much rides on a single outcome — keeping each bet within a comfortable range relative to your overall bankroll.
Define the maximum duration of any single gambling session. Once your session time is reached, you will receive a notification and the system may automatically close your active session. Session limits are especially useful for late-night play — a common pattern for users in Islamabad and Rawalpindi watching international cricket in different time zones.
Opt in to periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing in the current session and a running total of net wins or losses. Reality checks interrupt the flow of play intentionally — giving you a moment to decide whether to continue, adjust your limits or stop for the day.
If you feel your gambling is becoming more intense than you are comfortable with, a cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days) temporarily suspends your ability to place bets or access casino games. Your Account remains accessible for checking your history, but wagering is paused. This is a reversible tool — unlike self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion is available as a temporary measure (from 1 month to 5 years) or as a permanent, irrevocable closure of your Account. During self-exclusion, your Account is locked, marketing communications are suppressed and you will be unable to open a new Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed without unnecessary delay. This is the most decisive tool available and should be used if you believe gambling is harming you or those around you.
Limit reached — deposits blocked until tomorrow.
41% of weekly loss limit reached — PKR 8,800 remaining this week.
Reality check due in approximately 15 minutes.
Figures above are illustrative examples only. Set your own personalised limits in Account Settings.
If you have decided that self-exclusion is the right choice, 666xp makes the process as straightforward as possible. You should not have to jump through hoops to protect yourself — so the steps are minimal and requests are processed promptly.
Self-exclusion is a serious, protective measure. Once a permanent exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. Temporary exclusions can be extended at any time but cannot be reduced before their stated expiry date.
Important: After self-exclusion, do not attempt to re-register under a different email or payment method. Circumventing a self-exclusion violates our Terms and Conditions and undermines the protection you put in place for yourself.
Access your 666xp Account using your registered credentials. Self-exclusion can only be initiated from a verified, logged-in session.
Go to your Account Settings and locate the Responsible Gambling or Player Safety section. This is accessible from the main Account menu.
Choose your preferred exclusion duration — from a short-term cooling-off period of 30 days up to permanent irrevocable exclusion. Read the terms for your chosen option before confirming.
Confirm the self-exclusion. You will receive a confirmation via your registered email address. The exclusion takes effect promptly — active sessions will be terminated.
If you encounter any issue initiating self-exclusion through Account Settings, contact the 666xp support team via Live Chat immediately. Support is available to process your request directly. Do not delay — if you need help, ask for it.
Honest self-reflection is one of the most important tools in responsible gambling. The questions on the right are not a clinical diagnostic — they are prompts to help you check in with yourself honestly about how gambling fits into your life.
If you find yourself answering "yes" to several of these questions, it may be a sign that your gambling is becoming a concern. Using 666xp's account controls, taking a break or seeking support are all valid, constructive responses.
There are no right or wrong answers here — only honest ones. The purpose is to encourage you to reflect, not to judge or penalise.
Do you find yourself gambling with more money than you originally planned to spend in a session?
Have you ever bet money that was intended for essential expenses — rent, groceries, bills — to fund gambling?
Do you feel irritable, restless or anxious when you are not gambling, or when you try to cut back?
Have you tried unsuccessfully to control, cut down or stop gambling on multiple occasions?
Do you gamble to escape problems, stress, anxiety or difficult emotions rather than for entertainment?
Have you hidden your gambling activity from family members or close friends?
Do you find yourself chasing losses — placing more bets to try to win back money you have lost?
Has gambling caused financial problems, relationship strain or affected your work or daily responsibilities?
If you answered yes to three or more of the above, consider using 666xp's account controls or taking a break. External support resources are listed in the section below.
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always obvious. Being aware of these patterns — in yourself or someone you care about — is the first step toward addressing them.
Spending more than you can afford and experiencing financial strain as a result of gambling.
Continuously chasing losses, increasing bets to try to recover money already lost.
Spending increasing amounts of time gambling, at the expense of work, family and social commitments.
Hiding gambling activity from family, friends or financial institutions.
Feelings of guilt, shame or anxiety about gambling that persist after sessions end.
Borrowing money — from family, friends or lenders — specifically to fund gambling.
Becoming irritable or short-tempered when unable to gamble or when discussing the subject.
Using gambling primarily as an escape from stress, depression, loneliness or difficult life circumstances.

Many jurisdictions maintain dedicated problem gambling helplines that are free, confidential and available around the clock. If you are based in Pakistan, speaking with a trusted healthcare professional or mental health counsellor is a recommended first step, as specific local services continue to develop.
Contact your healthcare provider or local mental health authority for guidance.
The 666xp support team can assist with activating any responsible gambling tool on your Account — deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods or reality checks. The resources listed above are provided for general informational purposes. 666xp is not affiliated with any of these organisations and does not control their content or availability. For users in Pakistan, local mental health and support services should be identified through a healthcare professional, given the specific legal and cultural context around gambling in Pakistan.
666xp enforces a strict 18+ age policy — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification is a mandatory part of the Account registration and KYC process. We take this responsibility seriously.
Parents and guardians in households across Pakistan — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or any other city — play an important role in ensuring that children and young people cannot access gambling platforms. Beyond our own age checks, we recommend the following practical measures for households with minors:
All 666xp users must be 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or licence jurisdiction. This requirement applies regardless of location, payment method or device type.
Identity verification documents (such as CNIC, passport or equivalent government-issued ID) may be requested at any point, including at registration, before withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks.
Accounts found to belong to individuals under the legal age will be immediately closed and any associated balance may be forfeited without notice.
If gambling is causing you serious harm right now — financial, emotional or otherwise — please use the self-exclusion tool in your 666xp Account settings or contact our Live Chat support immediately to have your Account blocked. Do not wait.
666xp is built for entertainment. When you play within your means, use the tools available and stay honest with yourself about how gambling fits into your life, it can be a genuinely enjoyable experience. Visit the homepage for a full overview of the platform.
18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Gambling may not be legal in your location. Local laws — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict participation. This is not legal advice. Please verify before registering.
